I am Senior data scientist and ML engineer with a PhD in Neuroscience and 9+ years of production software engineering experience spanning computational neuroscience, medical imaging AI, and full‑stack data engineering.

My works combines deep technical expertise in containerization, automated pipeline development, web application deployment, and cloud infrastructure with rigorous scientific training to deliver production‑grade solutions at enterprise scale.

I have published work spanning co‑first authorship in Nature Methods, co‑authorship in Nature Neuroscience and Nature Scientific Data, and a paper in review at Nature Neuroscience, alongside 10+ peer‑reviewed articles and 40+ open‑source tools deployed globally.

In my free time, I enjoy watching and playing anything sports, consuming and analyzing sports statistics, hiking/camping/kayaking, spending time with my three cats, and losing to my wife in bananagrams.
